Our PRIDE Values

We want staff and patients to have a great experience at NNUH. Their feedback told us that these five values are they ones that they would like to experience each day at NNUH, and they apply to every single person who works for us:

The PRIDE values influence all our working lives – for example, recruiting the best people, celebrating achievements, providing standards for how teams work together and for our development.

PRIDE Awards

To celebrate those members of staff who ‘go the extra mile’ for patients, visitors or colleagues, we introduced our monthly PRIDE Awards, which recognise the values we hold as an organisation. Every month our pride awards recognise up to two staff members who have upheld our PRIDE Values in the outstanding care and support that they have given patients, visitors or colleagues, and with a quarterly team award.
